HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED AND IS ON ITS WAY?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier USPS has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit. Have your tracking number? Check the status of your order HERE. MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
We know how important your order is! Slayboo provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to assist you, but Slayboo does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Slayboo is proud to serve fashion all over the world. The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. Please see our currency convertor located at the bottom of our website to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 6-10 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Slayboo is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
To report or return a damaged item, please use the following process:
If you would kindly fill out the return form included in your package, and return it along with the damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. If you need a copy of the returns form, please click HERE
Once we receive your package, we will email you with a store credit code in the form of an E-Gift Card in the amount of your damaged item, plus the cost of shipping the return up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?
If you would kindly return your damaged item, we will issue you store credit via E-Gift Card and you can repurchase the item if desired. If you need a copy of the returns form, please click HERE
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to receive a return authorization form and label. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing within 30 Days. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
A Store Credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are items are received at our distribution center. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once it is received into our distribution center. Your E-gift card covers the original purchase price and tax if applicable. SLAYBOO does not credit original shipping charges
Helpful Hint: if returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE).
You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all SLAYBOO and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Merchandise purchased online can be returned via mail to our distribution center. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, SLAYBOO will not issue return credit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. SLAYBOO does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
SLAYBOO reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, SLAYBOO reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-SLAYBOO items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
We will ship you a replacement item or in the form of refund or E-Gift Card you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).
Return by Mail
Please print and fill out our return slip (click HERE to download a copy) or include your original packing slip with the item(s) being returned. Kindly note that without including your order number on the returns slip or with your returned item(s) there may be a delay in processing your return.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM.
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us our Customer Care Team before returning an item. We will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA.
*If you are returning a damaged item and fail to contact us prior to making an international return, please note that the maximum credit for return shipping is $10.00 USD, regardless of actual charges incurred.
MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO SLAYBOO , WHAT DO I DO NOW?
All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked and you will be issued an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to reship an order as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. You can use the E-Gift Card to place an additional order to the corrected address; however we do not guarantee that items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
